Order Processing Timeframe

We try to process every order within a span of 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and national holidays. Our team is committed to dispatching your orders as swiftly as possible. You'll be informed via email once your order is on its way.

Anticipated Delivery Times

The processing of most orders falls within the 1 to 2 business day range. After processing, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days worldwide.

Please note, these shipping times do not include the initial 1-2 business day processing period. Orders placed over the weekend will commence processing on the next business Monday. Our operations do not extend to weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Origin

All items are shipped from our partner warehouse located outside the European Union.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping is free on qualifying orders. Orders below the following thresholds will incur a flat shipping fee:

  • Orders under €50: €4.95 shipping fee
  • Orders under $60: $4.95 shipping fee
  • Orders under £45: £4.95 shipping fee

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide, with delivery typically taking 2 to 5 business days after processing.

Taxes and Duties on International Orders

Because orders are shipped from outside the European Union, your order may incur taxes, customs duties, or import fees depending on your destination. Where applicable, these are calculated and applied at checkout. Be aware that additional charges might be levied upon your order's arrival, which fall under your responsibility.

Order Cancellations

Accidental orders can be addressed by contacting us at info@wakevo.com promptly. While we'll attempt to halt processing, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
